In their recent annual report sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Google’s parent company is rolling back their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. There was no mention of DEI in the report as there had been in most recent years.
It also appears Google updated its diversity website over the last week. The Wall Street Journal first reported that Google would no longer have diversity hiring goals.
